 To
begin this process, you will need to provide
H.H.C. Group with all of the
information from your medical claim, as well as contact and payment
information. You will need your medical claim, patient’s social security
number, and credit card information in front of you when you are ready to
begin. There are seven pages of submittal in our Submit a Claim process. We
will also need you to authorize us to discuss protected health information,
negotiate your claim, and bill your credit card. This authorization can be
reviewed at page 7 of “Submit a Claim.” After you enter all of the information
in the Submit a Claim process, which will take about 20 minutes, we can begin
working to save you money.
